How to get to Sitges for Pride.
Sitges is located just 40 minutes from the heart of Barcelona City Centre and just 30 minutes from Barcelona's main Airport El Prat..
The Village itself is quite compact. Everything is within walking distance and you will never have to walk for longer than 10 minutes to get from your hotel or apartment to the centre of town.
From El Prat Airport - Train
Sitges is serviced by both Train and Bus from Barcelona Airport and Barcelona City Centre. Visitors from the Airport should get the train to El Prat Station and then take the train marked Vilanova G. You can check the train times by visiting the official RENFE site here.
From The Airport - Bus
A Bus shuttle service is also available.The MonBus service – Leaving from outside T2B Barcelona airport, however it can be very busy with standing room only.
Taxis
Finally a taxi from the airport to Sitges costs approximately EUR 60. Taxis are available directly from the Airport terminal.
Reus and Girona Airports
Many of the low-cost airlines such as Ryanair fly from Girona and Reus. It should be noted that these airports are quite far from Sitges. You should expect a travelling time of between 1 and 2 hours to get from these airports to Sitges. For further information visit the Official Airport Site here.
The Parade route and the Gay Village
Note Parking restrictions will be in place from Friday the 8th of July until after the parade on Saturday the 12th of July. We suggest you leave your car at home and use the train to get to Sitges.
